Measures 27 inches long and features a transparent tube with red, white, and blue LEDs. 4 modes are available: circular (the LEDs appear to be moving in a circle), flashing, left-to-right (the LEDs appear to be moving back and forth), and sequential (all first 3 modes repeated). The on/off button is also used to change the mode. These necklaces are a HOT item and a must-have for any party-lover! Batteries are included and installed. Sold individually.
